Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Mexico
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing customers
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customers’ communication needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales engineers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required
