Overview

Meesho, India’s fastest-growing internet commerce company, is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Industry Intelligence & Benchmarking function. As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing systems, methodologies, and a team to provide Meesho’s leadership with a continuously updated view of the competitive and market landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic intelligence capability to inform capital allocation, pricing, long-range strategy, and response to market shifts
• Build and lead a team to provide decision-grade insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Design and establish systems and methodologies for market estimation, data triangulation, and insight generation
• Collaborate with category, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of insights
• Provide high-visibility, high-autonomy leadership to drive business outcomes
• Work directly with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• Experience in market estimation, data triangulation, and insight generation as a consultant or researcher
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce landscape and competitive dynamics
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
