PhonePe Limited, a leading digital payments company, is seeking an experienced Associate Manager to lead its Consumer Payments Compliance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and regulatory affairs, with a focus on consumer payments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for consumer payments
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with consumer payments regulations
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs, preferably in consumer payments
• Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory requirements, such as RBI guidelines and Payment Systems Regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
