🎯 Role Overview

We’re hiring a Data Analyst who thrives in high-paced environments and can collaborate closely with leadership to track real-time performance metrics. You’ll be the watchdog for critical KPIs across sales, CRM, gym operations, lead funnels, HR performance, and more. This is a high-ownership, high-urgency, and high-visibility role where you’ll be expected to proactively flag bottlenecks, uncover gaps, and keep dashboards updated and actionable.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain live dashboards across all departments
Track daily KPIs across gym performance, sales, leads, HR, and marketing
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data pipelines
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Identify trends, gaps, and anomalies—and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with leadership to enable data-driven decision-making
Build and optimize dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools

✅ Requirements

Strong experience with PostgreSQL (mandatory)
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries
Experience handling large datasets with a focus on accuracy
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, logic)
Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Ability to manage and monitor multiple data streams concurrently
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach
Immediate joiners preferred, with availability to work from our Noida HQ
Comfortable with a Monday to Saturday, full-time in-office schedule
