Responsibilities
- Handle non-voice process operations, including data entry and customer support
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and security protocols
Requirements
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/MCA) from a recognized university
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Excel and computer applications
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts
- Flexible to work from office (WFO) and adapt to changing work schedules
