Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our systems infrastructure, including hardware and software components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system requirements
- Develop and implement system testing and validation procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and provide technical support to internal teams
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for our systems infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our systems infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Experience with system administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex system issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams
