Overview
Simulationhub is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our software development team in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to define project scope, architect software projects, and lead module development.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Architect software projects, design modules, and lead module development
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams (developers, QA, UI/UX)
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect resolution and high-quality outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership
