Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and implement software development processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that the developed software meets the required standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow in their careers
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
