Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Development Lead to join our team at Accenture, Hyderabad. As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.
Responsibilities

- Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity
- Lead a team of software developers and provide technical guidance and oversight
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Design, develop, and test software applications to meet client needs
- Ensure high-quality software development and delivery, and identify areas for process improvement
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in software development, with experience in multiple programming languages
- Experience in leading teams and managing software development projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
