Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to join our team at Accenture, Hyderabad. As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle
- Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity
- Lead a team of software developers and provide technical guidance and oversight
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Design, develop, and test software applications to meet client needs
- Ensure high-quality software development and delivery, and identify areas for process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience as a team lead
- Strong technical skills in software development, including programming languages, data structures, and software design patterns
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications or education in computer science, information technology, or related fields
