🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with business stakeholders, engineers, and data teams to align tech solutions with real business goals.
- System Integration: Ensure smooth interoperability across systems, APIs, and databases for accurate ML model inputs.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks in ML operations — from privacy and ethics to security.
- Optimize & Innovate: Continuously improve ML operations infrastructure and stay up to date with the latest tools and frameworks.
- Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust pipelines to source and prepare training and inference datasets.
- RAG Applications: Help develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using LLMs, vector databases, and indexing techniques.
📚 You Should Be:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate program in CS, AI, IT, or related fields
- Skilled in Python, NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, Databricks, SQL
- Familiar with DevOps tools like CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experienced with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
- Capable of designing scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
- A strong communicator who can work with global, cross-functional teams
- Creative, adaptable, and ready to challenge the status quo
