Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Frontend Full Stack to join our team at Rippling in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our frontend and backend systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our frontend and backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and reliable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Lead code reviews and ensure that the codebase is maintainable, efficient, and follows best practices
- Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality of our systems
- Participate in the development of new features and technologies, and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on frontend and backend development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and server-side languages like Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and backend frameworks like Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and data structures
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
