We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Associate to support regional programs that help generate pipeline, run events, and fuel sales engagement across North America. This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Senior Field Marketing Manager in India.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional field marketing plans to drive pipeline growth and sales engagement across North America
• Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase Mindtickle’s products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and provide data-driven insights to optimize future programs
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event vendors, agencies, and partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing or a related role, preferably in the tech industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and sales engagement
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
