Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling designs across digital learning experiences. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and animations for digital learning experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s brand and design language
- Create design concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital learning experiences
- Strong portfolio that showcases creative and technically proficient design work
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
