We are seeking a highly skilled Product & Engineering Operations Manager to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity across product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for process improvement
- Design and implement metrics to measure team performance and track progress towards goals
- Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure effective utilization of resources
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth execution of projects

Requirements
- Experience in product and engineering operations management or a related field
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
