We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Specialist to join our Wealth team at Groww in Mumbai. As a Portfolio Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving financial innovation and making financial services accessible to every Indian. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain investment portfolios for our clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Provide expert investment advice and guidance to our clients, helping them make informed financial decisions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to optimize portfolio performance
- Work closely with our product team to develop and improve our investment products and services
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or wealth management industry
- Strong knowledge of investment products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CFA or CFP, are an added advantage
