Responsibilities

• Conduct remote, telephonic patient interactions using our purpose-built software
• Provide timely support to patients and extend healthcare organizations’ capabilities
• Work with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve company goals
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other teams to improve patient outcomes and company processes

Requirements

• Graduate in a healthcare-related field (nursing, medicine, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a remote, flexible environment
• Experience in customer support, teaching, or healthcare (desired but not required)
• Proficiency in digital tools and software (including video conferencing)
