Responsibilities
- Manage and process billing and reporting for Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing and reporting data
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and reporting issues
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze and identify trends and areas for improvement in billing and reporting processes
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Requirements
- Experience in billing and reporting, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
