Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable systems to support our banking and payments capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize reliability and performance improvements
Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high system availability and uptime
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for our systems and platforms
Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization to ensure our systems can handle increasing traffic and usage
Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow in their roles and develop their skills

Requirements

8+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field
Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
