Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead the design team to create innovative and user-friendly digital banking experiences
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Create and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards
- Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow in their roles
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in design, with a focus on digital banking or financial services
- Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of designers
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience
