Overview
Zeta is a next-generation banking technology company providing cloud-native, fully stackable processing and core banking platforms for issuers. We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Enterprise Applications & IT Infrastructure team in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure and application strategies to support business growth
- Lead a team of IT professionals to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships to optimize costs and services
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise applications
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications in IT service management or related fields
