Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Software Engineer – .NET with expertise in Azure and Kubernetes to design, develop, and improve our digital products and technology services for clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees
- Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs to automated testing and deployment
- Ensure solution quality, security, reliability, and compliance by applying digital principles and implementing requirements
- Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, and resolve incidents
- Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
- Share knowledge and contribute to our engineering culture
Requirements
- Experience with .NET and Azure
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices and principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
