Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend Developer to join our team at Cosmoquick in Mumbai. As a Lead Backend Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and reliable. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and deploy high-quality backend solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our backend systems, including design, development, and deployment
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Ensure that all backend systems are scalable, efficient, and reliable
- Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets our coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our backend systems
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
