  1. Eligibility: Open to Freshers, Experienced professionals, final-year students, and recent graduates with 0+ years of experience.
  2. Registration: Sign up for the live Job-A-Thon event on Job Binge.
  3. Participation Fee: Each job seeker will be charged 2000 INR to participate in the Job-A-Thon.
  4. Assessments by Domain: The Job-A-Thon includes five specialized assessments, each designed to evaluate both Technical Skills and Behavioral Competencies relevant to specific career paths. This two-part format ensures a comprehensive assessment of your abilities and work style.

Assessment Domains

Each assessment consists of two parts:

  • Technical Part: Tests domain-specific skills, technical problem-solving, and practical knowledge.
  • Behavioral Part: Assesses soft skills, decision-making, and interpersonal qualities essential for success in each role.
  1. Software Engineer
    • Technical: Focuses on core programming skills, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), problem-solving, and coding challenges.
    • Behavioral: Evaluates teamwork, adaptability, critical thinking, and communication.
  2. Quality Assurance (QA)
    • Technical: Covers software testing principles, debugging, automation, and familiarity with testing tools.
    • Behavioral: Assesses attention to detail, patience, consistency, and quality focus.
  3. Cloud/Network/Security
    • Technical: Includes topics like cloud architecture, virtualization, networking basics, and cybersecurity practices.
    • Behavioral: Tests analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reliability.
  4. Business Analyst
    • Technical: Focuses on data analysis, requirements gathering, and familiarity with analytical tools.
    • Behavioral: Evaluates communication skills, analytical mindset, and organization.
  5. Frontend Development
    • Technical: Covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
    • Behavioral: Looks at creativity, user empathy, and collaboration skills.
