Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Provide support in data tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Coordinate and facilitate HR-related events and activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous internship experience in Human Resources is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
