We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at AllSTEM Connections. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on various HR-related matters. This is a part-time, 12-month contract position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $40-$42. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances
• Manage employee data and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees on HR-related topics
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in HR software and systems, including HRIS and payroll systems
