Overview
We are seeking a **WARMHEARTED** and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wheeler Staffing Partners. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to our employees and management team in a fully remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management team
- Handle employee inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Manage employee data, benefits, and payroll in Microsoft Excel and other HR systems
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and HR software
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision
