Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of People to join our team at MVP Ventures. As a remote company, we are looking for a skilled professional who can lead our people operations and help drive our business forward. If you have a passion for design, sys admin, recruiting, marketing, and executive leadership, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead our people operations team and develop strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR initiatives
- Manage recruiter teams to attract top talent and build a strong company culture
- Develop and implement executive leadership training programs
- Manage and analyze statistics to inform business decisions
- Partner with the sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in people operations and leadership
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and adapt to changing priorities
