Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a voice process role
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements
- Any degree (UG or PG) except B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech Graduates/Msc CS, IT & MCA
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Open to working in shifts (US shift timing)
- Willing to take inbound and outbound calls
