Overview
Gusto is seeking an experienced Channel Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a Channel Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to drive growth and expansion of our business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and maintain relationships with key Venture Capital and Private Equity firms
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partnership programs
- Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and business strategy
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets for partnership revenue and growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms
- Strong understanding of the small business economy and the role of investors in driving growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
