Job Description
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using testing tools.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure resolved issues are properly addressed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Monitor and analyze debugging process results.
- Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defects.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in software development.
- Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing, as well as performance and load testing.
- Practical experience with automated testing tools.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Familiarity with performance and security testing is a plus.
