Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications across the full stack, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python Django/Flask, .NET Core).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and impactful solutions.
- Actively participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of applications by implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and performing thorough testing.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, explore new technologies, and continuously improve development processes and tools to foster innovation within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, demonstrating strong proficiency in both client-side and server-side development.
- Expertise in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Solid command over back-end development with experience in one or more server-side languages/frameworks such as Node.js (Express), Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/Flask), or .NET Core.
- Strong understanding of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude with the capacity to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in an Agile setup.
