Overview
We’re a fast-growing, seed-stage European startup building an AI-powered phone assistant platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Our product automates inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, customer service interactions, and more — and we’re looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to own the technical success of customer deployments end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical bridge between product and customer setups — capturing requirements and translating them into robust, production-ready implementations.
- Lead end-to-end rollouts of AI assistant configurations
- Translate real-world business requirements into reliable production setups
- Build integrations and glue code to ensure seamless customer deployments
- Feed learnings back into the product to make every future deployment faster and smarter
- Work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure customer success
Requirements
- Experience in engineering and technical deployment
- Strong understanding of AI-powered technologies and phone assistant platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
