Overview
Gusto is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application AI Architect to join our team. As an AI Architect, you will play a key role in driving innovation in our payroll, health insurance, and HR products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that meet the needs of our small business customers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI architectures that meet the needs of our small business customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for AI initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI architecture and implementation
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Strong understanding of software development principles and patterns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
