Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprises in the New York City area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and customer success
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of PagerDuty’s platform
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in the digital operations management or DevOps space
- Proven track record of success in selling to large enterprises and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the digital operations management market and trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
