Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the India-based Sales Operations teams in Pune, India
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain sales operations processes and procedures
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales operations team members

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
