Overview

Emergence is seeking an experienced Director of IT to lead our technology team. As a Director of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure, including design, development, and implementation of our systems and applications. You will work closely with our executive team to align our technology strategy with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement our technology strategy to support business growth and innovation
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and quality assurance specialists
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of our salesforce, HR, and customer support systems
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
• Ensure the security, quality, and reliability of our systems and applications
• Manage our cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft and other cloud-based services

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical skills, including experience with salesforce, HR, and customer support systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft and other cloud-based services
• Strong understanding of IT principles, including design, development, and implementation of systems and applications
