Professional Services is where that redesign happens. We are looking for a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team and help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Turn solution visions into systems that achieve outcomes
- Build systems, including interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations
- Run customer sessions to close the gap between how work was designed and how it actually gets done
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and design solutions
- Develop and deliver training and support to customers
- Continuously improve and refine our delivery processes and methods
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, implementation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
