Responsibilities
- Analyze and review complex customer deals to ensure alignment with Twilio’s pricing and discounting policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Product, to drive deal closure and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain financial models to support deal analysis and pricing decisions
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders to optimize deal outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform deal strategy
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of the Deal Desk function
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with experience using tools such as Excel and financial planning software
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
