Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to founders and startups using our payroll platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues with empathy and understanding
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to identify and implement improvements to our payroll platform
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our payroll product and its capabilities
- Create and maintain documentation to help founders and startups use our payroll platform effectively
- Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on payroll best practices and industry trends
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a payroll or finance-related field
- Strong understanding of payroll concepts and terminology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and troubleshooting
