- Monitor and optimize customer journey touchpoints to ensure seamless experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and growth management
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM and growth management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex customer data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with ability to design and implement customer-centric products and services
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field
