As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting products on the horizon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit risk management strategies for business borrowing
• Lead a team of credit risk professionals to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate credit risk
• Monitor and analyze credit risk trends, providing insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and investors
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in credit risk management

Requirements

• Proven experience in credit risk management, preferably in a similar role
• Strong understanding of credit risk principles, including credit scoring and modeling
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
