- Analyze and resolve credit and collection issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential credit risks
- Develop and maintain reports to track credit and collection metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit and collections
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to increase efficiency
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in credit and collections or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
