Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide counsel to cross-functional teams on policy and regulatory matters
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on policy and regulatory requirements
- Stay current with changing regulatory landscape and adjust policies accordingly
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in policy management or related field
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
