Gusto is seeking a talented Consumer Money Team Leader to join our team in Denver, CO, or remotely in Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ, or Chicago, IL. As a leader in our Consumer Money team, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our small business economy. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of consumer money professionals to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize team performance
- Represent the Consumer Money team in internal and external meetings and presentations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the financial or technology industry
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of consumer money products and services
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics
