As a Compliance Advisory Manager – Investments, Pensions & Financial Promotions at Monzo, you will play a key role in driving compliance across our investments, pensions, and financial promotions products.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice and guidance on investments, pensions, and financial promotions products to stakeholders across the business
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is embedded in product development and launch
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and changes, assessing impact on Monzo’s products and services
• Provide training and support to employees on compliance matters, promoting a culture of compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in investments, pensions, or financial promotions
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, including FCA rules and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
