Responsibilities
- Analyze and maintain CPQ, Product/SKU architectures, and the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle
- Serve as a technical anchor for Fastly’s revenue engine
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and process guides
- Provide training and support to end-users on business systems and processes
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Experience in business systems analysis or a related field
- Strong understanding of CPQ, Product/SKU architectures, and the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
