Overview

PhonePe Limited, a leading digital payments company, is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join its team in Bengaluru. With over 60 Crore registered users and a digital payments acceptance network spread across over 4 Crore merchants, PhonePe is a pioneer in the Indian digital payments landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines to support business intelligence solutions
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, and develop processes to monitor and maintain data health

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence engineering or a related field
• Strong skills in data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
• Experience with data pipeline development and management
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
