Responsibilities

  • Prospect and expand business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying insights to improve sales strategies

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the tech or software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
