Responsibilities

• Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data.
• Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies to address them.
• Interprets data and makes recommendations to stakeholders.
• Researches and interprets factual information to inform business decisions.
• Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues, and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in business analytics or a related field.
• Strong skills in SAS and SQL, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
